Bankruptcy is not going to happen. Dirty George the billionaire is, well, playing dirty. He is trying to renegotiate or restructure the debt by using the word "bankruptcy". I am betting in a few weeks he will be coming out with a report that says bankruptcy is not an option, the stock will jump up, somewhere George bought a million shares in a secret account and viola, he is a million dollars richer by playing word games.
