The bigger question would be 'why' are they selling at this level. It isn't that they don't want to make money.

Novartis is selling it's Roche Holdings which amounts to $13.9 Billion so maybe they're just clearing the decks.

If NVS completes the full divestiture on schedule, the MNTA sales will average ~38K shares per trading day, which is about 7.5% of MNTA’s average daily adjusted trading volume. This is not insignificant, but it’s not necessarily a rally-killer.
