Congress has assisted this admin carry out The Decider's Iraq war - not only did they vote to give The Decider a blank check to carry out his war WITHOUT demanding proof of what he claimed, but since the war began 9 Supplemental Appropriation bills have been approved by Congress...WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS ASKED.

Now, as Iraq begins to slide towards civil war and more US troops are required, Congress is suddenly showing an interest - this Congress is worse than hypocritical.
