Not at all. He's already begun to suck up to Ryan and his supply siders. He's not a detail guy. He doesn't really understand the issues. He just wants to sit in the Oval Office.
According to some who know him, he has the attention span of a fruit fly. I find that entirely believable. And so he'd turn most things over to others, except for going on about how "great" he is, basking in the spotlight.
The problem is that he's prone to erupt into insanity on a regular basis. He doesn't realize words matter. Sure, everybody in Trump Tower obeys his commands, and tells him how wonderful he is. He doesn't understand real life isn't like that. And he's impulsive.
All of that is very dangerous.
