You really think letters from bb members will make ANY difference? They will do whatever they legally can that best serves them. Retail opinion on the matter makes no difference - or haven't you noticed that pphm has a contemptuous attitude toward shareholders? But I am sure they will get a good chuckle out of it. And why worry about authorized shares. What matters is outstanding shares. Better to be demanding trial results from Sunrise. Send the letters to the analyst who can get on concall and force a public response.More effective than writing mgmt. who will simply hand off to IR for a non-answer.

Personally we are acting as though a reverse split is a forgone conclusion. Talk about lowering the bar and accepting mediocrity. What about expecting better from this group. They sure do pay themselves like top performers. How about expecting them to perform for once. This all seems like a bit of a distraction from what our true expectations should be. Perform. Is that too much to expect?

An example we don't want to happen within Peregrine follows...and good reason why registered letters must be sent to avoid this:

Clearpoint "did not" adjust the authorized shares on their reverse stock split

It's a shame we have to protect ourselves from a BOD whose main job is to protect shareholders.
