Pursuant to a Securities and Exchange Commission request, FINRA has agreed to make reported short sale trade data publicly available. FINRA will make one type of files available: Daily Short Sale Volume Files.

The Daily Short Sale Volume Files provide aggregated volume by security on all short sale trades executed and reported to a FINRA reporting facility during normal market hours.

http://www.finra.org/industry/orf/orf-regulation-sho

The CGRA Reg SHO data through July 29 is linked below.

Daily short sale trade data for August is linked below. Use the ORF section for OTC stocks.

Using the above link, I searched for CGRA and received the following data which perfectly matches the data in the OTC Short Report because it is from the EXACT SAME DATA SOURCE regardless of who runs that website.

Direct from FINRA: 20160808|CGRA|1288250|0|1698275|O

Direct from OTC Short Report Website: Aug 08 1,698,275 1,288,250 75.86%

You are spot on I-Glow. Folks have long been misrepresenting that report as short interest and evidence of shorting to falsely claim that pink sheet stocks like CGRA are somehow being shorted in attempts to justify selling in the shares. But, most experienced traders and investors know pinkie scam stocks like this cannot be shorted, and that no brokerage will allow it. The notion that CGRA's recent drops have been related to shorting are simply not accurate.
