In fact the FDA "update" came in Dr. Bal's "transformative year" speech.

Here is another fact. Bal, Houston and the rest of the executive team are not doing such a transformative job to preserve and promote shareholder value. In fact I'd say shareholder value has eroded like a degenerative C5-6 requiring Decompressive laminectomy with spinal fushion.
