Actavis (AGN) terminated its Lovenox partnership with AMPH

Curious. Was this a business decision based on lovenox profits or worries about the litigation against Aphastar? (I know technically Actavis supposedly has been indemnified). If MNTA prevails legally for a significant judgement I'm betting Amphastar may declare bankruptcy
