From the email to Freeze it looks like anyone dealing with Ross better dig in with their Due Diligence.

Remember Phil,Mike, and Arvin all resigned at the end of April, the same month I started!!!!

Then there was the Ruppert lawsuit - which seems to have surprised Ruppert when Kim contested it - as the previous 3 other lawsuits Ross settled.

I would imagine that Kim is having to gather the financial information about NGCG and trying to piece together exactly how bad the company finances are and if there are any hidden convertible notes that have verify they are legitimate.

Kim does need to address the shareholders.
