Yeah, but I looked back through the west coast deal posts and filings and they said that apa had been executed too. I just hope we haven't read more into what has been posted on the east coast deal than what is there. They did say it has progressed rapidly, but they also have a track record for stretching the meaning of time qualifiers. I hope it really did lead to a quick closing we will get news of next week.
