One step at a time to reach that $150 Billion market cap share for Peregrine/Avid+PS Targeting

Any shareholder at this moment puts together a letter which focuses on making Peregrine management aware that they don't want any part of a possible reverse split. Again, I doubt this will happen but mitigation of risk is all what this is about...

If you own 1 Million shares and a RS of 1 share for every 10 every was put in play...... that leaves you with 100,000 shares but the price is multiplied x 10 also so all is good.

The part one must make very clear is that a RS will affect common shares and make share that its across the board and affects ALL COMMON SHARES, which includes any direct ties to COMMON

1) Preferred shares have a conversion factor of 8.33 or so... to COMMON so this must be addressed and brought to the attention of Peregrine management, making sure that the conversion is adjusted as well. 8.33 / 10 = .833

2) Shelf of shares left.... no matter if it is at 50 Million shares or 100 Million shares or 150 Million shares... Shelf / 10 = New Shelf

3) Management Execs/Employees stock options that are tied to Common shares must be adjusted as well

4) I mentioned there may be a need for some clause to cover any and all other hidden areas.... such as are there any Common shares tied to UT System Board of Regents / royalties..etc..etc and for example:

Whatever may be in those sealed SEC filings related to Common shares / royalties...etc...etc must be adjusted as well

Basically, many here are getting their wish and some have said the BOD have been given a free ride for so long and all of this is simply part of holding onto control and ownership of shares and voting power, because things can change quick in Tustin and would you want to see 100 Million shares traded daily for a week or two and only to discover that it was some Big Pharma buying up PPHM, after being given the go ahead that they were to be dealt a good chunk of the shelf that was left ?

No way... if someone is almost ready to step up to the plate and PS Targeting astronomical value begins to be revealed, all will be happy to maintain as much voting rights as you have right now.
