You just have to look at what you have (or had) and not be concerned about the 'chart' or your 'account' and vaguely 'hope' that something or another is going to happen.

In my experience, technical analysis loses efficacy with penny stocks. The technique is meant for exchanges (NYSE, NASDAQ etc) and not OTC. Investor sentiment and fundamentals rule in this case. Both indicators are very bullish for TEUFF
