Yes then write your congressman and complain. Go the the asm and look them in the eyes. That will surely help. Maybe you can start a petition at change.org.
Biopharm, I hope everybody sends the Registered letter. It is not a move against the BOD or management. Like CP said, it is just the fair thing to do if the Reverse Split happens. Thanks for supporting this as a long time shareholder.
