I am a Shareholder of ICNB Common stock.

I have been in contact with our Transfer Agent.

They have told me that I need to contact our company to receive information.

I have tried repeatedly to contact our company by phone,
and I have left numerous messages.

I have yet to receive a reply.

I'd like to obtain confirmation of the Current Common stock
