You were right about the teriyaki marinade working well on the salmon. I think of all the stuff I've tried, letting it sit in Lawry's teriyaki marinade works as well as any.

Laser sounds like a good friend. Hate the thought of an unpredictable lab in a boat out fishing. That could get ugly in a hurry.
