KNT, some scammers are willing to go the extra mile...see ken lay...and he's not the only one, but the point is that with the everpresent bs in pr's (not just here) a shareholder wouldn't have any claim...while in signed sec-docs, technically you wouldn't even need a lawyer as the sec/doj would/could prosecute...and sarbanes/oxley has a complete section pertaining to restitution/disgorgement.
NOTE: DO NOT DISCOUNT THAT LEGAL NOTICE FULL DISCLAIMER AT THE WEBSITE AS BOILERPLATE! IT is boilerplate, so what, being boilerplate makes it no less VALID in a court-of-law...what's the judge going to respond with:
"hey judge, i didn't take rufus'es FULL-DISCLAIMER at his website seriously because it was "boilerplate."
