It's a lifestyle stock now I believe and he'll pretty much do whatever it takes I'm sure, plenty of perks in a business despite the claim he takes no salary, and is lauded for deferring compensation
Remember he has almost 5 billion more shares to play with, which should get him into retirement easily.
