I'm a trader, once I sell my position I come back on here to remind everyone how crappy this stock is from a fundamental standpoint.

I'm debating taking a short position now as the last 2 previous unjustified spike was followed by new lows - I see this slowly dying to just above a penny over the next 2-3 months - honestly thought this would be at a penny by now but the whole "once the lawsuit is thrown aside the price will skyrocket" argument seemed to resonate with some people for some reason.

Now that day has come and gone and everyone can see again that milestones or PR's in this company mean nothing its back to fundamentals and the lack of hard evidence that this company is worth more than a penny (at full value)
