To buy Certificates, influence farmers, already have an established distribution and sales model that could easily transfer to selling to MJ Dispensaries/Pharmacies.

But on the other hand, MCIG really is in bad shape anyway because they have not secured an MME Certificate that would have allowed them a chance to sell, acquire, package, and brand Rollie's MJ Joints.

I actually think it is good news. The minute it's rescheduled the tobacco companies are ready to swoop in and take over. Small companies like mcig will be left in the dust. There week be very few buyouts, and only for state of the art opperations.
