I did say that "This Drose guy is very sharp for his age". That was based on his youth and the scope and volume of his work as Bleecker Street Research, without giving any consideration to his accuracy or writing skills...I didn't read any of his work. I also didn't factor in the possibility that someone else may have been providing an unknown amount of his material.
19. The allegations of paragraph 19 are admitted except that the allegation that Defendant Drose wrote the “article” (the Blog) is denied.
20. The allegations of paragraph 20 are denied. Defendant Drose did not draft the blog.
So IF, on the other hand, he has managed to build a little business for himself as a public outlet of unvetted material written by others, then he may still be a very sharp guy, but for less tasteful reasons.
