But, I dont agree with the interpretation of others on the board that the quarter was decent.

I don't think anybody said it was a great or decent quarter. But more revenues than in Q1 and almost the same in net income with overall nice yoy growth can't necessarily be that bad? After Q1 everybody celebrated right? So how can it be such a poor quarter? And for a 22% decline the quarter usually is pretty poor with such a reaction.
