Two other investors asked for a date and so I forwarded the question to Greenberg Traurig (WM's counsel). GT is working on the filings and their response was: "All you can say is we are working on the filings." Regulation Fair Disclosure restricts us from providing a date unless we publish a PR to inform all investors at the same time. According to GT, such PR would be unusual, especially at this end stage in the process.
What I can say is that past 10-K filings have taken roughly 8 weeks from start to filing - and it was mentioned about six weeks ago that work began on those filings. Here is a breakdown:
Thai subsidiary: 3 weeks (Thai accountants and Thai audit)
US auditor, CFO's work, legal opinion: 5 weeks (total)
10-Q filings have taken roughly 2 weeks from start to filing.
