A number of gross mistakes in this filing by Drose. What a bumbling attorney he hired. And, he obviously didn't proof it before he allowed it to be filed. Both the attorney and Drose should have caught these mistakes.


Drose response:
20. The allegations of paragraph 20 are denied. Defendant Drose did not draft the blog.

to Honig:
20. On information and belief, Does 1-10 encouraged Defendant Drose to
draft and publish the Article, and they assisted him with the drafting and
publishing process.


Did he mean to say he drafted it on his own? Or, did he just admit to collaborators?

Drose attorney appears to have the attorneys listed incorrectly on the bottom. Crazy mistake right off the bat.

Anyway, its between Honig and Drose... I won't be posting about it here any further.

This Drose guy is very sharp for his age, unless he took a verbal representation by the opposing side's attorney without running a recording.
Either 1)he did that and he's truly dopey, 2)he has a recording (that would likely get Honig to drop the case) or 3)he's making it up.
