I certainly don't see them sitting back saying "Oh no, Dmitry likes PS Targeting and tied into Peregrine Pharmaceuticals...so we can't be part of this.."

You must be unaware of, and did not attend, the PPHM-sponsored symposium last fall at the Gaylord Center, D.C. metro area where Dr D.I.G. was a panelist with 3-4 others[including Dr.Brekken, Dr. Birge, and an AZN global immunotherapy/oncology rep]. My spouse and I attended that one...Dr. D.I.G. has quite an accent.
