Let's remember that dimension needs to prove that they own the codec and that Tmmi had no reason to think they did or still do? Lol if Tmmi proves they do, dimension not only receives nothing but loses their only asset lol... And considering all the hard lines to follow, the fact that hp doesn't know or care, and that dimension stalled everytime they were asked to do something during discovery I'd say they have a lot more to lose...
