That was before Nate got good at using the forward looking statements. He is much more polished now. Now he would have said "the company has reached an agreement to export up to 3M cans to china and is negotiating a deal to export another 30M cans.
That way the "up to 3M cans" could be zero without it being a full lie and the "negotiating" 30M cans....well....everybody knows there are setbacks in the world of negotiation.
