Okay. If I were really pedantic I would continue to point out that the costs of litigation capitalized included the costs to attack Dimensions patents, which could no longer be justified as "an asset" once the dismissal was filed. But I won't be. : )
Assuming Tmmi spent 750k exclusively on the Nevada law suit, which was unsuccessful and dismissed before trial, can we agree that the reasonable costs to defend the claim (just those costs) are likely more than 100k less?
