If they did so they paid too much, and were charged too much.
Why would TMM care? That never stopped them from paying Stan Ford a bundle, whether he produced anything, or not. Wheeler Neff was getting compensated for much of the legal activity. Therefore funds stayed internal for the wealth and benefit of some large TMM supporters. I wonder how much Wiggins is getting for rent? lol

I don't know if I'm right, or not, but the claim was made in their financial report (April 2016) that they wrote off the legal expenses for this lawsuit that is just under $751,000.
