i keep coming up with the 15,000 - 20,000 stock options the board of directors granted themselves one month ago, especially if there is no value in the company or they were going to cease operations. as to the contracts, from what i read: "The agreement also contains a provision that purports to provide AstraZeneca with the right to terminate the agreement upon the filing or institution of bankruptcy, liquidation or receivership proceedings, or upon the assignment of substantially all of our assets for the benefit of creditors by us." the same statement applies to Pfizer and Merck, not sure about the others. have not read anything about anyone terminating agreement. also looking at past charts, January of last year there was a day with approximately 35,000,000 shares traded, sure those traders are not happy. the CT filing and a couple of other odd things. personally i think there is a lot more to the story. i'm holding, should be interesting.
