The Progressive Case For Tim Kaine As VP

Yes, that seems to be the DNC talking point. The first thing all the democrats interviewed I've seen say is, "he's a progressive". I guess he's progressive on some issues and not so much on others. The problem for me is that the things he leans right on (abortion, trade, bank deregulation) are the ones most important to me.

I think he was a terrible pick and Hillary basically said, "screw you" to Bernie's supporters. I keep reading that it was Bill who pushed for Kaine. I don't want a Bill Clinton third term. The world has changed since the 90s yet it doesn't look like Bill has changed along with it.
