DKTS is at least a undisputed 25% owner of Besado and Dziaq.

But wait, this exchange never happened. Does this mean the deal is null and ISBG in fact owns nothing ?

Oops, shares were never issued. Means the transaction is in best case pending and same goes for ISBG's ownership of the brands.

As for that billion I don't think it will be a dilution mechanism.

Have you Ever heard of LOMA's quad-for note? For full conversion of that note more than 2B O/S was needed. Conversion of 0.00001 (not a typo) shares at 0.0004 is a really good deal.
