They have the patent on the PROCESS not the idea. Of course anyone can throw batter in a can. Just NOT in the same process. Anywho if you want DD...GO FIND IT.

The original BB patent (by Nate and Sean) was assigned to the Texas Aegis Fund after the lads defaulted on a secured $1.73M loan.

Wrong. The patent is owned by the creditor it was pledged to as collateral on 5/4/2010 in the BB failure. The other pretend "provisional patent application" was abandoned.

Reading the licensing agreement will confirm where it states "Patents Licensed = NONE"

What NHMD is "selling" now is in the public domain and anybody can produce squirtcakes where the CO2 is not part of the mix itself. Nate abandoned that last year and he knows it. This has been a scam from the beginning.

PROPER DD is welcome. Nate's lies are not proper DD.
