your math is right but it is contradicted by the SC 13d filing today, which shows no change in those share conversions.

Which to believe? I don't know. I would tend to go with your numbers. Perhaps this is why the authorized share number went up. But it only went up by 50m. According to zeynoc sticky, upon conversion there is 180m. If your new calc is right that has to be increased by 80, to 260, yet the filing today only increases to 250m If any of this is right, it sucks.

It must be a typo, imo. No reason it would be suddenly 190 instead of 1090
