The argument about Payday loans isn't germane to the KBM lawsuit - The Payday loan companies are making loans to individuals not a corporation - how could you possible confuse that with KBM providing a loan to a corporation (HJOE).

You keep posting about the payday loan firms - and it has no meaning ion the KBM lawsuit.
