I would guess it is something they had to address to set the table so to speak, but how many more filings and more importantly how much longer will it take to get their ducks in a row?
Someone said they'll have to make a filing to convert their shares before a deal is announced and we haven't seen that yet either. Maybe the filing from yesterday is setting that filing up now?
