On the SEC filing, DMRJ, Platinum, Monsant, and Mark Nordlicht all share the same address. Therefore doubtful that moving shares from one entity to another within the same ownership would somehow shield the assets ( IMSC securities of all types ) from the problems Platinum is facing.

This filing is by Platinum and in the explaination of responses area below the filing itself it states the filing is to correct erroneous statements filed on April 18, 2016, basically stating they (Platinum) doesn't have 10% ownership of the shares they appareantly stated they did in the other filing.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the way it looks to me.
