Didn't you post the court documents were botched - that is another case of those thinking the common shares won't be cancelled - being completely wrong about the botched documents.

The POR is very clear that the common shares are going to be cancelled.

The problem is that those that purchased the worthless ARIOQ shares didn't understand the terms - Equity Interest and Fractional Shareholder.
