Looks like Platinum is switching those shares over to Montsant to me. Is that something they're doing because of the investigation into Platinum?

I'm not sure how the original filing looked though.

I have no idea ...this is an unfolding new wrinkle in the ownership ( as we thought it existed ) of the company. Some others here may have a better idea.
