$ELTP mgmt is working as quickly as possible to resolve this CRL Tmax for SequestOx as there are zero factual medical reasons for it to be applied to SequestOx.

Pretty much, FDA has been screwing over Elite ever since the Lodrane issues. Just like that though Elite will get through it, just have to suck up another delay here.
