Unless some of people known to me have sold some or all their shares this year for tax-loss purposes, I believe I know where at least 4.5%, perhaps as much as 7-7.5%, of those 10 million shares that you mention are located currently. I doubt you are far from the mark in your estimate.
Do you include, or omit, Dart/Eastern Capital? I have no idea whether he/agent has ever posted here, or can be said to be associated with this board.
