I'm not sure why Frank H posts here. He's doing folks like me a favor because it's always good to hear from ex-employees who saw the rot first-hand. How he puts up with the paranoid nutballs who whine that he's 'in on the scam', I don't know. (Just read your own post, Redfisher. It's a classic example.)

Again, these people have really opened up and said some very intersting things. Stuff they did not need to share. I have spent hours upon hours on the phone with a lot fo these individuals. It was of no benefit to them to speak to me about these things, and I appreciate all their honesty.
