Why things may end (very) badly for all VNTH retail.investors:
IMO:
1) They are bilking you and have been for 8 years with no actual result. Show me 1 (ONE) product or positive result from this sh*t-brained and manipulative crew and I'll take it back. Just one.
2) The company has carefully isolated ALL people they actually want to have stakes in the company through non-dilution clauses, leaving you with JACK SH*T. EVEN IF THEY HAD A PRODUCT U R GONNA BE GIVEN SH*T for a stake through past and future RSs. It's SUPER DUPER likely that an RS happens again in early 2017, just like when they rinsed you out in early 2016. It's been the plan all along imo.
3) IMO VNTH has been removed from the website because YOU and your money have been used and now removed from the plan. When it all unfolds (prediction: after the Pennsylvania election JOKE--who votes for these losers?!?), I hope I'm wrong, but I see no reason to think otherwise.
4) Why would they concern themselves with you now? Seriously? These are mid-IQ people who have never been able to separate themselves from their egos. They won't hesitate to plump their feathers and claim the big screw was really their greatness. Watch and see.
5) Monster convertible share dump incoming-- see PTC's notes. Prediction: Millions and millions of shares dump, ur investment destroyed (surely not theirs), then the RS after they've driven the share price down to truly nothing (oh wait: We're already there LOL), then they get everything, and you get nothing. Watch how that happens-- I've been right year after year here, and I see NO reason to believe that will change.
The SEC saw this group for what it was years ago, and nothing has changed. Same actors, same loathed mediocrity and manipulation. Good luck with your investment in this joke....I'm making bank on a bunch of other REAL companies that do what companies at least TRY to do: Provide REAL updates, maintain somewhat healthy share structures, present actual products, show some shred of transparency, etc. It's been refreshing, you should try it.
Bonus: I would even speculate they used YOUR MONEY to isolate you from your money-- think of how f*cked that is! They used your money to create more protections for Nanobeak's private holders! Where'd the money from 1st qrtr go? Securing the NASA license FOR NANOBEAK?!? Quite likely in some part. That's nuts but I suspect it.
