July 1 was never a rock solid date ,the March 31 PR states that it depended on when the audit was complete..........The Closing is anticipated to be between May 31, 2016 and July 1, 2016 depending on the length of time to complete the audit....................So you July 1 was just guidance .We are pretty darn close to guidance though.
