Sunstar.....I appreciate your optimism and your posts do give me hope. However, I do not see the issuance of a trademark as indication of Bavi approval. A trademark application costs a few hundred dollars to file, and takes several months to issue after the process. It could very well, and sadly, be that they filed for that name before the first look in, and the process continued on auto pilot until after the look in. They will now put that mark on the shelf, hoping that if BAVI proves out in I-O, they could commercialize it under that name.
If we don't get an update or PR sooner, I am going to try to ask a question on the CC if there is any commercial potential for BAVI aside from the I-O route, which is back to square one at the Phase I, pre-phase I level.
The AVID ramp up could simply have to do with third party demand, which is a good thing. I just don't understand why they are not laying off workers. If PPHM has 200 employees that seems to be an awful lot given the status of the company and financial position
really need to see some fiduciary responsibility here
