To CVSU receiving $500 million in cash is a material and therefore disclosable event. It was not announced, it was not disclosed. Think what you want.. Perhaps you have more experience at this then I do.. perhaps you don't. Still, I am pointing out that in only 5 business days.. this big a change occurred and nothing was said.. none of the distributions he clamed he would make were announced despite the obvious benefit.. is very suspect.
