corporal, I am only a PPHM shareholder not of the other mentioned companies.
But after checking the big difference is that PPHM has the goods, even if it was ONLY Avid and we make abstraction from Bavi/BB pipelines and IP.
And PPHM get 22Mil$ gross profit from 3rd parties and growing. And all that makes a big difference with the other companies. PPHM has about 200 employees. It is not a start-up anymore and it is in a regulated business.
I wonder what you'd write about Gerald Finken within that reasoning, the CEO of the CRO (CSM in Fargo) that messed up our clinical trial? Certainly in view of the companies he was coming from and were caught for clinical trial fraud.
But then is is instantiation, it is not because he worked their the CSM and bla bla bla. But if we have a BoD member of some company where possibly happened something and where I am sure there was also at least 4 BoD members then it are OUR BoD members that did it.
So again, double standard and yet not ONE SINGLE CONCRETE FACT of want our BoD member X Y Z did wrong while in the PPHM board because frankly they are there since YEARS now and if they planned something they should have done it by now I figure, and since they visibly didn't I am not the least interested in unproven past relations between the story of another company and the role of our PPHM BoD members in that.
So PRECISE FACTS pls such as : X did that at PPHM and so we shareholders...
