jakeDM, no matter how long ago, but without ES there would not be any PPHM because he funded it at to moment the risk was the highest.
And we can debate on CJ/DP's real daily value, possibly not much but they bring TWO things to the table:
A) They are side-wheels of ES and hence kind of guarantee that value is going to be realised through shares with as a consequence that the poison pill will be guarded against bypassing and will be triggered if applicable due to an hostile or breadcrumb situation.
B) They at least full-fill the legal obligation of having 4 of which 2 external BoD members.
We all have our priorities and for me, call it paranoia or misplaced believe in the value of Bavituximab, it is to keep us from being acquired without the leverage of the value of Bavi pipelines and IP turning into share value.
And for that it is fine with me if CJ, ES and DP do just that.
