#73938 RE: MD-420 #73901

Is it your belief that mcig now has the appropriate licenses to sell mj/thc prefilled rollies to dispensaries, where the dispensary is not providining the plant?

Yes, all they need is an Agent's license to act as the agent of the cultivator/grow op. From the PR...

MCIG Rollies Announces a New Service for Marijuana Cigarettes

"Over the next two weeks Rollies will begin deploying across multiple dispensaries throughout Las Vegas, NV and its surrounding areas. This will include the official Rollies brand and additional services that will become invaluable for dispensaries and retailers needing to maximize their time, and increasing their levels of profitability," said Alex Levitsky, CEO of Rollies LLC.

They can't keep consistent quality of the Rollies product if they are buying different plants from each dispensary. They have to have a grow op and plant strain(s) that are used to provide the product. Otherwise, the customer experience from Rollies would vary depending on which dispensary they purchased it from.

Furthermore, it would be illegal for them to even announce that they are selling product in Nevada if they didn't have an Agent's license.
