ITF, we all know the compensation, it is public record. There is NOTHING scam about it.
CEO King is the BEST compensated. He is co-patent holder and he granted his patent part to PPHM and not to the Board of Regents of Univ. of Texas SW as did Dr. Thorpe.
If the Univ. Tex. SW gets compensated for the patents thanks to Thorpe, then I think it is normal that King in some way ALSO gets compensated. Thorpe got it in the form of sponsoring and funding of its lab and the accommodation and possibilities the University offered him.
CEO King is not with UTSW anymore, so he must get it in a different way. I am sure that is accounted for somewhere in that compensation amount.
PS: I have to admit that your presentation of Part II is well made. We may not agree that it proves anything close to a scam, but it is surely a good presentation of a factual situation.
Question, is Carlton still at Patriot? According your slide that is what it looks like.
