"New money?" You mean if I'm a new shareholder and I look at Malecon's financials in a couple of months and decide to buy VTCQ, I'm going to first do research who the existing shareholders are? Do you seriously do that???

"No real skin in the game???" Do you mean that if I own 10,000 shares and the share price is over $.01 in a month, I'm going to think I have no skin in the game??? Really? I won't care about the pps or the company???

Do you mean that a new large investor wants all the old shareholders to sell their shares? What do you think that would do to the pps and the value of his investment? Don't you think he wants some old shareholders to buy his shares when he's ready to sell? Or are you saying he just wants us to do a big selloff so he can buy more cheapies?
